Mark Warren


Mark Warren is a co-founder of DCCC and serves as the company’s Chairman & CEO. Mark holds a B.A. (Hon) from University College, University of Toronto and a M.Sc. (Econ) from the London School of Economics.

From 1998- 2014 Mark served as the Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Pethealth Inc.

Pethealth was founded by Mark in 1998 and was a public company (TSX:PTZ) from 2001-2014. In November 2014 it was acquired by Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited for all cash consideration of C$100M. The purchase price represented 2.1x twelve months trailing revenue, 19.6x twelve months trailing EBITDA and was at a 69% premium to the common share price.

Pethealth was a leading provider of companion animal services and products, serving the needs of pet owners, veterinarians and animal welfare organizations in the U.S., Canada and the U.K.

Prior to Pethealth, he was involved in a number of financial start-ups (including in the mutual fund and insurance industries).

In addition, Mark spent 11 years holding a number of senior positions with Hambros Bank Limited, a UK merchant bank, working in its London, Tokyo and Toronto offices.

Glen Tennison


Glen Tennison is a co-founder of DCCC and serves as the Company’s President and CFO. Glen holds a B. Comm (Hon) from McMaster University and is a Chartered Accountant.

From 1998- 2014 Glen served as the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of Pethealth Inc.

Prior to Pethealth, Glen held finance positions in Toronto’s Entertainment Industry following his departure from PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

Amanda Zaharchuk


Amanda “Zee” is a private consultant providing marketing and communication services to Dane Creek Capital Corp. She has cross-channel public relations and marketing experience including campaign planning, development, and execution through traditional and contemporary media, corporate event management, and investor relations.

Amanda has previously worked with Mr. Warren and Mr. Tennison as Manager of Corporate Communications at Pethealth Inc.

She holds a M.S. Comm from Boston University and a B.A.Sc. from McGill University in Biomedical Science and Pharmaceuticals.
